Nigeria,s minister for transport has said that he does need money for anything as he does not drink nor smoke. This is a very childish statement as money is not only for the vices he mentioned . In a follow up statement , he said that manslaughter which he described as causing death accidentally also includes politicians and government officials using money meant for public use,for private use,thereby denying people of such things as good health care hence any death resulting from such denial is also manslaughter . He concluded by saying that its unfortunate that the masses do not hold them responsible when this happens.
